Paddock, Plate & Planet explores the future of food in a changing climate

Our new podcast brings fresh voices and grounded stories to the big questions of food, farming and climate change.

The series follows the journey of food from paddock to plate through the eyes of farmers and growers, chefs and butchers, market-makers and First Nations leaders, all of whom are working to transform the way food is grown, shared and valued.

The podcast provides a unique perspective by pairing voices of our community and connecting grass roots action with global ambition. It shines a light on the people driving transformation from the ground up, and on why their insights matter for the future of us all.

Each conversation highlights both the challenges of today’s food system and the opportunities to create one that is fair, healthy and resilient, featuring:
The Farmers (Michael Taylor, Scott Laeser), The Chefs (Matthew Evans, Jo Barrett), The Bush Foodies (Mindy Woods, Peter Cooley), The Butchers (Tammi Jonas, Grant Hilliard), and The First Nation Farmers (Jocelyn King, Joshua Gilbert).
